We strategically arrange furniture and decor to highlight the room's best features and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes the room feel functional and inviting. Typically, We purchase and use brand new furniture, and accessories, tailored to appeal to the target buyer profile and local market trends. We prefer to own the furniture and accessories, as opposed to renting, as it gives us far more creative freedom and options, as well as flexibility in our pricing packages.
We specialize in staging vacant homes. This means we are starting from scratch and are able to create a professional interior design layout without competing with a sellers existing, and perhaps conflicting design, that buyers are seeking. We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the space, taking thorough measurements of each room to ensure scale is appropriate. We then formulate a inventory of furniture, rugs, art, lamps, accent decor, curtains, props, dishes and other kitchen items, air mattresses, bedding, throws, bathroom accessories, outdoor patio setups, and anything else that will elevate the homes design for the most impact.
We manage the delivery and removal of all furnishings and accessories, once the house is ready for staging, and after the home sells.
Additionally, in the event that a buyer desires to purchase the furniture and home decor, that is an option. This opportunity can be very beneficial to a seller as many buyers desire a professionally designed home, but do not want to hire an interior design company and then need to purchase the furniture on top of that fee which can run significantly more than the "ready to go" scenario this presents.
